Move the mouse over a hotspot widget until its pink background becomes opaque, then double click on it.

When the hotspot panel appears, choose the kind of call to be associated with the hotspot and fill in the link at the top. It can be an absolute path such as "http://www.howsoft.com" or it can be a relative path such as "another_page.htm".

For the e-mail option, type an address such as "help@howsoft.com".

If you choose the popup option, a set of fields will appear at the bottom of the panel for you to specify the characteristics of the popup window you want to call, e.g. its dimensions, whether or not it should have menus and scrollbar, etc.
